Randy joined Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in June of 2004 as a Managing Director in the Office division. He spent the previous seven years in commercial real estate in the Colorado Springs market.

Randy started in commercial brokerage in 1978, selling land to investors and developers in North Scottsdale, Arizona. From land brokerage, he went into commercial property management and leasing, joining CBS Property Services in 1989, the leading property management and brokerage company in Phoenix. With CBS, he received awards for top production as a broker, including the Top Overall Agent Award. He was successful in leasing over 1,000,000 square feet of retail and office space between 1990 and 1997.

With over 28 years' experience in selling, leasing and managing real estate, Randy brings an in-depth project-improvement approach to each property, developing strategies to maximize the values of each asset.  He was recently responsible for leasing over 77,000 square feet in the 100,000 square foot Woodmen Corporate Center, achieving over 80% occupancy and resulting in the sale of the asset.  He has an innate ability to look past the obvious and find solutions to the most difficult marketing challenges.

Randy holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Northern Arizona University.  He is a member of RCIS and the National Association of Realtors.

Randy has been married to his wife Laurie for 20 years and has two sons Brandon and Clayton.
