Nicola Myers-Murty joined Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006, concentrating her brokerage efforts on office leasing/sales and investment properties.

Nicola has extensive experience in all aspects of marketing, promotion, and sales and has been successful throughout her career by focusing on her clients’ needs and best interests in all transactions. Nicola works with tenants and landlords, offering a full range of consulting and marketing services, including lease review, property analysis, market positioning, tenant representation and transaction management. She is committed to gaining her clients’ trust and referrals by providing excellent service and communication throughout the project and beyond. Most of her clients have been referred to her by former clients and business associates.

Nicola brings more than twenty-five years of business experience in marketing and advertising to commercial real estate. She is currently pursuing her CCIM accreditation to serve her investment clients at the highest level. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Nicola worked with major metropolitan and suburban newspapers as an Advertising Director, later forming her own consulting company marketing Internet applications to the newspaper industry. In 2005, Nicola sold a retail wine business that she had launched specializing in custom label wines and corporate gifts. She has lived in Colorado Springs since 1995 and is well-networked in the business community.

Nicola is married, with three sons. She enjoys skiing, golf, mountain-biking, hiking,, swimming, gardening, cooking, traveling and she is an accomplished triathlete.
