Mark Useman has specialized in retail leasing, land sales and investment properties in the Colorado Springs market since 1986. Dealing on both national and local levels, Mark has attained an unparalleled level of success in locating sites for national retail box tenants, national and regional restaurant chains, banks and convenience/gas food stores. He has worked with numerous national tenants facilitating their expansion and relocation efforts in the Pikes Peak region.
He is responsible for the completion of more than 90 lease and sale transactions in the last 24 months totaling over 730,000 square feet of retail space. In addition, he has been instrumental in assembling and selling various retail land development sites for power center and strip center locations, as well as the sale and disposition of more than 70 shopping centers. Mark’s current retail sale and lease listings total over 4,000,000 square feet.
Prior to joining Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Mark was one of the Top Five Producers for 15 consecutive years at Palmer McAllister. Before his career in commercial real estate, Mark spent five years with Control Data Corporation as a Cybernet Services Marketing Representative in Englewood, Colorado. As a senior account manager with Control Data, he consistently exceeded 100% of his annual sales quota in the marketing of computer system hardware, software and engineering applications.
In 1992 he was designated as a Senior Marketing Consultant, an honor awarded to less than 10 percent of the national sales force for qualifications based on earnings, production, professionalism, leadership and high ethics.
He is a 1981 graduate of Colorado College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
