Formed in June of 2003, the Sierra Commercial team is comprised of twelve of the premiere commercial real estate brokers in Colorado Springs, with over 250 years of combined experience in the specialties of office, industrial, retail, land, investment and advisory services. Most of this brokerage team has worked together over the past 20 years and have played an integral part in the growth and vibrancy of the Pikes Peak Region. Our team has leased nearly $600M of commercial space and sold more than $600M of commercial properties in Southern Colorado since the company’s inception. Their involvement in the majority of significant real estate transactions in the area is evidence of the group’s strong foundation of industry experience and seasoned understanding of the local and regional marketplace; and Sierra Commercial counts numerous fortune 500 companies and major regional and local businesses as long term clients. Sierra Properties
Sierra Commercial Real Estate Inc. is the commercial brokerage arm, and a division of, Sierra Properties, Inc., the region’s leading asset manager for institutionally owned real estate. Sierra Properties, Inc., founded in 1988, manages approximately 2 million square feet of commercial property in the Pikes Peak area focusing primarily on the Class-A office, office/medical markets and anchored retail centers.
Sierra Properties provides a full scope of asset services including property management, leasing, construction management, architectural, engineering, accounting and maintenance support.
